Please note that all purchases made by you on the Website are shipped from one of our logistics centers, the address of which does not match our office address. If you wish to return an item, do not send it to our office, as we will not be able to accept it. All returns must be sent to our logistics center; for more detailed information, please review our Return Policy.

All our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with all applicable requirements for household items and comply with current legislation.

Each discount code is limited to only one use per customer, while stock lasts, and cannot be combined with any other discount code or other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise. Only one discount code can be applied to a single order. We reserve the right to change these usage limits at any time and without prior notice.

We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or accuracy of any discount code. All discount codes are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. Each discount code has an expiration date, after which it ceases to be valid. The expiration date is specified at the time of its issuance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any discount code or coupon program at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if we suspect improper use of a discount code or other promotional activity that violates these Terms.

The Website is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use discount codes, including, but not limited to, technical failures or unauthorized access.

You must enter the code sent to you when placing an online order into the designated field during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to the corresponding products or services in the order and will be displayed only after the purchase is completed.

A minimum purchase amount may be required to activate discount codes, and they may also apply only to specific products, as detailed in the promotional offer. Some codes may not be valid for shipping costs or taxes.

It is prohibited to carry out activities such as creating multiple orders to abuse discounts, modifying discount codes, or distributing them publicly. Any detected fraudulent use or abuse of discount codes may result in the cancellation of discounts and potential legal action.

Discount codes are issued for individual users and cannot be transferred to third parties. Sharing or distributing discount codes to other people is prohibited. Resale, redistribution, or any other form of providing discount codes is strictly prohibited. Discount codes obtained through unauthorized platforms or resellers may be invalidated and are not subject to use.

In the event of a partial order return, the buyer will be refunded an amount equal to the value of the product(s) at the time of the transaction, meaning the applied discount will be factored in.

Discount codes are available to users who received a discount code at their email address or through other marketing channels and have reached at least 18 years of age. Some promotions may be limited to new customers or specific geographical regions, as indicated in the promotional information.

We reserve the right to reject orders if, in our opinion, the promo code is invalid.

After placing an order on the Website and completing the payment, we will process it within 1–3 business days. Subsequently, you will receive the package within 4–14 business days, unless delivery is affected by force majeure circumstances or natural phenomena.

If your purchase has not been delivered to you within 30 calendar days, please report this to our customer support team. Please note that in accordance with Article 18, paragraph 2 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, if you have not received your purchase within 30 days, you must contact us and state an acceptable additional period of time within which we shall deliver your purchase. You will be entitled to terminate the sales contract only if we fail to deliver your purchase within this additional period. Please note that you will not be able to claim that you did not receive the purchased goods if the rules set forth in this provision have not been complied with.

Please note that delivery conditions can also be affected by customs procedures, natural disasters, delays in handoff to the local carrier in your country, as well as strikes or delays in ground or air transportation. We are not responsible for delays if the shipment is delayed for any of these reasons.

You can modify the original order within 24 hours after placing it. To modify an order, you must submit a request to our customer support team within the specified 24-hour window. This can be done through our official customer support channels specified in Section 16 of these Terms. To request an order modification, you must provide the order number and detailed information about the changes you want to make. Changes depend on product availability in stock and may not be possible for some items or orders.

After the 24-hour modification window has expired, corrections to the order are not permitted. Customers wishing to make changes to their order after this deadline can only do so in accordance with the return procedure described in Section 6 of these Terms.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you no longer need the product, you can return it in accordance with the provisions of the following Section 6 “Returns and Refunds”.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can return them unused and receive a refund within 60 days from the delivery date. The 60-day return period expires 60 days counting from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically took possession of the purchased goods.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products to exercise your right of withdrawal. To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within this 14-day period. You can do this by email or by submitting an online feedback form in the Return Policy section. Your request for withdrawal will be considered received from the moment we receive the completed Return Form, which will be sent to your email. After receiving the completed Return Form, we will provide you with a return code and the corresponding return address. Please note that we will only accept the return of Products if they are shipped using the designated return code and delivered to the specified return address.

To comply with the withdrawal period (60 days), it is sufficient to send the notification regarding the returned goods before this period expires. We do not accept returns if you have not contacted us within the established time limit (60 days from the moment of receiving the purchase).

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund all payments received for the goods, excluding non-refundable amounts. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the goods at the warehouse. We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

Please note that we accept for return only those products that have not been used, as well as products with defects, provided they are in their original packaging. If we determine that the returned products have been used but are still in working condition and suitable for resale, we may refund the amount; however, you will be liable if the item has lost its value as a result of negligent handling. Therefore, if we conclude that the returned item has been used, we reserve the right not to accept the return, not to issue a refund, or to deduct the loss of value from the refunded amount.

Please bear in mind that we will accept the return of goods and issue their refund only if they are sent to the address provided by our customer support team and a return merchandise authorization code is included in the return package. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable if products are returned after 14 days following delivery, or if you chose a non-standard delivery option. In addition, if you decide to return products purchased on the Website, you are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping. These return shipping costs are not reimbursed or compensated.

If a purchase made using a discount code is returned, the refund will be processed in accordance with the discounted price actually paid by the customer. The original discount applied at the time of purchase is not compensated in monetary equivalent.

If a free item was included in the order as a result of using a promo code, the customer must return this free item along with all purchased items to receive a full refund. Failure to return the associated gift item invalidates the right to a refund for the entire order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the entire package.

Our Products are covered by a mandatory statutory warranty of 2 to 3 years (depending on the legislation of your EU country of residence) for manufacturing defects. When submitting a warranty claim, please be prepared to provide the following upon our request:
(1) photographs of the defective product;
(2) your order number and purchase confirmation email or payment receipt;
(3) a brief description of the defect.

Please note that the warranty does not apply if:
(1) the product has physical damage;
(2) the product has been subjected to improper or unintended handling;
(3) the defect cannot be classified as a manufacturing defect;
(4) more than 2 years have passed since the delivery date of your order.
